On 15th of July 2002, K2 accused me of being responsible for publishing undergr
ound ezine
called ~el8 which mirrors different security related issues and computer humour
. K2 is 
solidly convinced that I alone and #phrack high council was to blame for being 
involved in production
of ~el8 ezine. I'am myself hosting ~el8 ezine content on my site "owned.hoha.ru
" because it is legal
mass media source and has right to be accessed free by anyone who wants.
Furthermore some of the #phrack high council's members are being harrased by K2
, he claims to hack into
their machines, also K2 instigates members of such underground groups as ADM, w
00w00 and others to 
unite and fight against #phrack high council, Projekt Mayhem and some random pe
ople . I tried to 
communicate with K2 asking for explanation of all this, he became deeply entren
ched in denial about his actions.
 
Taking into account these circumstances, I require K2 or anyone who is envolved
 in this slander to apologize publicly.
Otherwise I will be forced to use rough force and to make K2 compensate damage 
caused by his slander and by the instigation 
of personalities whose names I will lower, to different matters meaning of putt
ing to me or to the members of #phrack high council of any harm.
Speaking about the rough force, I imply that K2 will be found by my people and 
by tortures or another method he he will be constrained 
to bring apologies publicly and compensate damage from his actions which I desc
ribed above. 
I want to add that this statement it completely reflects my intentions over K2.
 Under current conditions i'am leaving the role of neutral person,
I will go to any measures in order to restore my clean name and to protect the 
honor of #phrack high council.
